In today’s fast-paced digital world, Stress and Weight Management have become two of the most pressing health challenges. We live in an age where everyone is perpetually busy—yet constantly connected to screens. The irony is that in our attempt to stay connected, we’ve become disconnected from ourselves.
Digital Distractions and Emotional Disconnect
Many of us are caught between the desire to maintain a perfect lifestyle and the pressure to project happiness online. Whether it’s binge-watching web series, scrolling through reels, or engaging in endless digital distractions, we often delay real-life priorities—work, study, or self-care. This endless loop of temporary pleasure leads to dissatisfaction, anxiety, stress, and even obesity.
We may be dealing with daily stressors—relationship struggles, academic or professional pressures, or emotional loneliness. Instead of addressing them, we look for momentary escapes through food, entertainment, or social media validation. Unfortunately, these short bursts of happiness mask deeper issues of discontent, pushing us into cycles of lethargy, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion.
Missing Emotional Space in Modern Life
Despite being surrounded by people, many individuals today feel unheard. We hesitate to express ourselves fully for fear of being judged or misunderstood. Over time, we suppress emotions instead of resolving them. This emotional bottling manifests as stress, weight fluctuations, or unhealthy coping patterns. The truth is, every person needs a safe, non-judgmental space to share—a place where they can express freely and receive compassionate listening, not advice or criticism.
Why I Started ‘Feel Free’
As an Ayurvedic physician and an empathetic counsellor, I realized that most people are not unhappy because of their circumstances, but because they have no one to listen to them with genuine understanding. This realization inspired me to start Feel Free: Stress & Weight Management Consultancy—a space where individuals can share their worries and find structured, holistic guidance to regain balance in both mind and body.
Through counselling and Ayurvedic lifestyle principles, my aim is to help people handle stress effectively, develop emotional resilience, and adopt healthy, sustainable habits for long-term wellness.
My Personal Journey
My choice to focus on stress and weight management is deeply personal. Like many others, I too have faced stressful phases that once led to depression and self-doubt. However, through Ayurveda, strong willpower, and disciplined self-care, I emerged stronger than ever—both emotionally and physically.
In fact, I personally transformed my health by reducing my weight from 90 kg to 62 kg within a year—without crash diets or extreme workouts. The secret was simple yet powerful: consistency, self-awareness, and mindful living.

At Feel Free, counselling isn’t just about talking—it’s about transformation. Each consultation blends emotional counselling, Ayurvedic principles, and lifestyle restructuring. The focus is on understanding the root causes behind stress and weight imbalance, rather than just addressing the symptoms.
